Jeff Srour

Jeff Srour is the vice president of IT - Global Marketing Services with direct responsibility for the strategic technology enablement for analytics, digital, ecommerce, professional marketing and consumer care across the Johnson & Johnson consumer, vision-care and diabetes businesses. As an accomplished, high energy, and goal-driven IT and business leader, he approaches each new business challenge with a bias for disruptive innovation and creative problem solving to drive positive change and shareholder value.
Srour joined Johnson & Johnson Inc. through the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare acquisition in 2006 as an IT director, and successfully led the Canadian IT Pfizer integration program, followed by a number high-impact, cross-functional initiatives including a multi-year Canadian innovation program that delivered $60MM growth for the Canadian business. In 2010 as a senior IT director, his scope expanded to include leadership roles at the regional and global levels, including key transformational assignments establishing digital and analytics practices in both the business and IT. In 2014, representing both business and IT, Srour drove forward a visionary analytics strategy for the consumer sector, which has formed the foundation for the establishment of the global advanced analytics discipline, technology blueprint and organizational landscape that exists today. Today, he is focused on enabling digital transformation across all sectors through connected experiences and eCommerce channel amplification.
Srour is passionate about giving back to the community, is a former Canadian chair for the United Way, and donates his time to Habitat for Humanity, and Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto, where he resides with his wife, Jodie, and their sons, Oliver and Leo.
