As the leader of VML's global consulting and technology, Jeff is responsible for the capabilities
that drive the creation of world class consumer engagement platforms. His responsibilities
include the strategic direction for marketing technology, the adoption of new digital innovation,
and the governance of VML’s global technology network.
Jeff works directly with VML's largest clients to align their business needs to the most
innovative and purposeful technology solutions. He acts as a liaison between marketing, sales,
R&D and IT to create services and products that drive the brands interaction with their consumers.
His work includes extensive experience with platforms related to web engagement
management, eCommerce, CRM, analytics, mobile, social and other Omni-channel
technologies. Jeff also leads many of VML's innovation initiatives that help clients create new
go-to- market digital solutions.
Jeff also plays an instrumental role in developing VML’s overall strategic capabilities. He works
across global capability and office leadership to develop new and emerging practices related to
commerce, data driven marketing, and product innovation. Jeff also drives many of VML’s
strategic partnerships with WPP (data alliance, Adobe alliance, Acquia alliance) as well as
industry partnership (Amazon, Facebook, Adobe).
In his 13 years at VML, Jeff has touched every VML client. He has spent significant time leading
and developing strategies for clients such as Ford, Sprint, Microsoft, Kimberly Clark, Kellogg,
American Century Investments, Waste Management, Western Union, and MasterCard.
